Any good off the shelf adapter should work, but make sure it reads:

INPUT: 100V to 240 V 50/60HZ OUTPUT:
12V DC, 2.9 Amps

Radio Shack or Best Buy is your best choices on finding one.

Actually using a AC to DC adapter will improve sound. The original adapter block contains a cheap AC transformer and works only at full voltage.

Can i use adapter 11.5v- 1.6 A intead 12V AC 2.9A......for creative inspire m4500 speaker

no - if original adapter was 2.9 A and you use an adaper rated at 1.6A your speakers might try and draw 2.9A from an adapter rated at 1.6A. The over current drag could burn out the adapter and may cause a fire to start leading to a burnt down house .
