Hello! I recently got this same crib from a friend and had the same problem finding the instructions. All I had to do was call the company at 1-800-295-1980 and give them the model number DA1615B3. They e-mailed the instructions within 2 minutes to me. Hope this is helpful!

The dorel company sucks with customer service! I sat on hold for ever only to be hung up on and then when the girl answered she told me to hold on while she finished laughing.
