You probably have the "made in China" fake (I do) rather than the Taiwanese EasyCap. EasyCap have now changed their name to EzCap because of the fakes
You can download the full CD that includes the driver that works with Windows 7 64 bit herewww.eecrest.com/Drivers_and_Manual/1045.rar
Don't plug in the device and hope windows will pick up the driver from the disk, it won't!
Run the setup first and plug in the adapter when it asks, the driver is not certified, but I tried it after searching everywhere and it works
