Also the machine problem is listed under Bizhub 250 which I could not fine the code for either.

Remove the 1 st tray,in the right side located 1 screw and in copier is a paper when blocated the tray lift gear.Remove the misfed paper and push in the tray ,open and closed the right door and the copier must be ready. this code means paper tray 2 is not lifting the paper up to the feed rollers.pull the paper out of the tray and make sure it is not folded up the side of the stack if it looks ok then you may have a failed lift motor or bent lift motor bracket
