HP Media Center PC m7250n will not power up

I have tried everything on the HP site for trouble shooting this problem; checking power itself, checking the cord, vacuuming, resetting the voltage on the back, and I can even get the green light to go on. Note: It was working fine 6 hours prior.

Hold the start button in and check the back of the case to see if the power supply fan turns while the power button is depressed. If it turns while the button is pushed, but then stops when you let off the button, then the power supply is probably bad and needs replacing.

I just lost my video output from my HP m7250n. I tried replacing the graphics card and that did not work. I connected the display with its VGA cord to anther computer and it worked just fine. Any ideas?

This particular model of computer is known to have bad capacitors. If the capacitor that regulates power to the onboard graphic chip is bad, you will not get a video output.

HP Media Center m7250n - How to hear audio steamefrom panel input

You need to unmute the line-in and adjust its level as necessary. Usually you can just double click on the speaker icon in the system tray and the Line In is by default muted and it is on the far right column (depending on your setup). If it is not displayed, click on Options and Properties and put a check mark by Line-in so that it will display.
