When i try to delete multiple contacts the phone ask me for a password and i have never put a pasword in that area how can y delete them? i have a samsung propel a767

1. Call your iPhone from another phone and try to leave yourself a voicemail.
2. Reset your network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Reset your voicemail password.
4. Contact your carrier and make sure that you have the voicemail feature on your plan.

Try to reset it .on item asking the question of wrong pasword.place email address or phone(cell)to get a reset code or acceptance

It may be the default password.may be 0000.

try 1234 or the phone lock/Sim lock password if you created one

I unlocked mine after forgetting my password; it should work, since it's samsung universal!!!

Just take in mind it will RESET the whole phone, all your contacts, txt's, games and photos or music will be deleted!! but if you want to unlock it here you go!!

*Turn phone off
*TAKE the sim card OUT
*Turn the phone on
*Enter : *2767*3855# = Full Reset (Caution every stored data will be deleted.)
*Phone will Re-start UNLOCKED!! yeyy
