Lost the time and date line in the display

Hi, I lost the 1st line (date and time) in my display of the KX-T7630. How can I fix this?

Also 1 phone can't be answerred right away without pressing the incomming line button. How can I fix this?

To display date/time, check that you haven't just switched display modes first. Press "TRANSFER" to switch between date/time, extension/assigned name, and day/night mode. If this does not work, have a look at the related topic, http://www.fixya.com/support/t4431178-changing_time_settings

Unplug the phone, wait one minute, then plug it back in and see if the display comes back on. Press the program button, press 22 on the dial pad, press program button again ( if the phone is ringing on the incoming call and not just flashing).

Next time you have an incoming call:
-Leave the handset down (do not answer the call).

Panasonic KX7730, change display mode from Date to Time

What? The second soft key under the display is labeled INFO. It has 3 modes. If you are trying to program time, then you just press NEXT when you're in programming.

Changing the time settings

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system.:
From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook:
1. Press PROGRAM * * or PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234).
2. Now press 000 and then ENTER.
3. Enter the last 2 digits of the year and then select the month with either SEL+ or AUTO ANS / MUTE.
4. Scroll right with the right arrow key and change the date.
5. Press the NEXT button on the screen and the time will appear.
6. Set the time. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your changes.
7. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

How do i change the time on the phone?

Press Prog or Pause, **, and then enter your system password (default is 1234).

Press 000, Press Enter, enter the YEAR
Press select for Month
Press right arrow, enter date (MM-DD)
Press Enter, Press Next, Enter Hour (01 to 12)
Enter minute (00 to 59 seconds), select AM or PM, press enter, and then press hold.

Exit until you are back at the main screen and you're done!

How do you set the time

To change time on the KX-T7630 switchboard (using the TDA 100).
Press Progam or pause
Enter **
Enter your system password.

press cursor down one level - you will then see set date and time.

To exit the programming mode at anytime, lift the handset.

I have lost my date and time on display it says "will return soon

Well, either you better hurry up and return soon :-) or go to the phone and dial *7500 on the intercom. There are absent messages in the system that are accessed with *750x commands. You found the first one at *7501

SET DATE AND TIME

Hi,

What you can do: press Prog - * # - (password .. could be 1234) - 000 - then you can set your time and date.

Change Time

Press 'Prog' then press star key twice, then enter '1234', then enter '000', will get you to Date & Time Set, then press 'enter' button (bottom right hand corner of phone), this will then allow you to change the date and time accordingly.
