Xeon X7460 is compatible with IWill DNS-SATA?

Hi there
The IWill board manual can be obtained from the link below:-
http://site.cwc-group.com/specifications/20689-dnssata.pdf
This indicates a minimum spec on page 8 and page 10 has a list of the components. It supports 800MHz FSB, whereas the X7460 is a 1066MHz FSB. The socket type is OK, but with the different front side bus speeds there may be problems, They may work together but can't be guaranteed.

I use intel945gcnl mother board.how i join front panel audio in and out.front panel usb connected but audio how. please explore with a diagram........sorry for my bad english

Inside your computer, look for the cables that are attached to the front panel audio and front panel usb, on the end of both cables you will see a rectangle plug, on your motherboard you will see ports that are designed exactly for the two plugs I have mentioned, at this point you plug them into the relevant ports. It is worth noting that these plugs are slightly different from eachother, thereby preventing you from plugging them in to the incorrect sockets.

If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate in asking,

Hello. When I plug my headphone with mic into the front panel jacks, it does not work. Now if I disconnect my speakers and plug it in the back jacks, it will work. However, the front joacks are there for...

Open up your case.
You should see cables running from the front panel to the motherboard. On the motherboard you will see a multi-pin connector. What is your exact ASUS motherboard model? Here's a generic ASUS one. You will see this on the motherboard where the front panel connects to the board. A bunch of pins will terminate here.

Notice the pin labelled MIC. You will see GND etched on the motherboard. Use this to orient yourself. The Mic one is just below the GND pin. Connect it here. Notice the entire top row is devoted to FP_Audio or Front panel Audio. There are other places to connect it (e.g., if you just want stereo sound, there's a left and right FP_R and FP_L).

Move the mic connector over to the Mic pin if there is one. If not, you can get a cable at your local computer supply shop. As you can tell from the others, they are very basic wires with simple terminals.

CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO CONNECT WIRE FROM MOTHERBOARD TO FRONT PANEL?

When you say wire, I assume you meant the wires connecting those LED lights at the front of the panel. If you look closely in the motherboard, there is a small 9 pin plug at the side of the board and beside it says front pnl. One row has 5 pins and the second row with 4 pins. These pins are for the on/off button, power on led light, Hdd light and the reset button. All the plugs are marked, HDD, Reset etc. You have to try by error to find the right pin for the right plug Sirjohn

Toshiba L350D Screen Loss

you may plug off remote monitor power on to see carefully is there normal dark picture on your lcd screen,
!) lcd dark but there is pcture on the screen, it means the back lights inverter damage(which in the lcd lid and downside of lcd panel), or lamp damage (in the lcd panel), have to replace new parts
2) no any picture and dark panel, you may check lcd signal cable plugs are right seat in the sockets (which located between the back of lcd panel and motherboard), also check the inverter cable same thing (it merges in LCD cable) . it is better replace a new cable (most cases are cable disconnection somewhere)
is this helpful please feedback when you checked, iwill tell you what you can do next, thanks

Front panel pin layout. I need the front panel pin layout especially for the HD IDE active LED.

Howzit
Trial n Error is your best bet on the control pins panel there are two rows, with the power plugged in,with a screwdriver touch adjacent two pins together at a time starting with the top row then the bottom row, when you touch the right two pins your motherboard will power-up, then place the power-switch plug onto those two pins (the writing on the plug facing innwards toward the mainboard) the two pins for the reset switch and 99.9% of the time located directly next to the power switch or directly above the the power pins on the other row. For the LED lights you will have to just try the different pins and the Power LED will remain on as long as your mboard is on, but to find the LED pins for the Harddrive you will have to plug in your HDD and then when it powers up try the pins and the led for the HDD will flicker on-off, that would be the correct one. Dont worry your mboard will not be damaged by this in any way. Goodluck and let me know how you go. Thanks

Iwill kd266 motherboard user's manual

I assume you don't have the software CD anymore either? It includes a PDF copy of the manual. You used to be able to download the manual from iwill's site, but that was before the site shut down.
