You still need to have Operating System disk to do this becuase reformating your CPU will delete all of this but it will also remove viruses. there is a way to remove the viruses provided by Anti virus products in the net but it needs to be upgraded time and again to completely remove them plus you need to check your registry for entries or problems; disk utilities or programs to repair them are also available ther really is no quick fix for this type of stuff if you want to do this your self but it can be done. you need some knowledge about DOS where you can with great patience and skill remove some of the viruses then leave other viruses to antivirus programs.
