Their site has a few good instructional clips, inclding for connecting and using shampooer, changing belt, and attaching hose.

Sorry to hear your belt fell out. Not good if you've never replaced a belt before...
Here is a website where you can read a detailed description of how to change a belt: http://www.ehow.com/how_8034505_eureka-belt-replacement-instructions.html
I don't think you'll need a photo, it's pretty straight forward. However, there are schematic diagrams for vacuums but they don't show how they go together.
If you have trouble, reply back to me and I'll try to describe for you.
Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,
The Heritage 84 had two different bag assemblies available. One is a dump-out bag. The dirt simply dumps through the bottom. The other is the bagged style which has a full length zipper to open it. Inside it should contain a "bag fill tube", and a top adapter to attach the bag onto. The oval fill tube is no longer available, but a round tube can be installed with a bit of efort.
Hello
I did a search and found a very useful web site for owners of the same vaccum as yours im sure you will be able to get parts and possibly a manual, hope it helps

With newer models will not work things that you attach to the vacuum such as the hose and the carpet shampoo attachment. Loose attachments will work just fine. It is same diameter holes that are being used in later models.
Switch - there is not much you can do without getting inside of the vacuum. You have to access inside and get it fixed.
Generic problem for all Vacuums 1800 vacuum cleaner belt replacement How do you get into the belt to replace it? Not knowing the brand name of the vacuum other than the 1800 vacuum cleaner belt replacement, normally the belt is located @ the bottom the vacuum attached to the brushroll and is held on by either screws, clips, or some even snap on – but mostly they use some type of screws to open the area to replace the belt, if needed contact the company website, include the brand name and the model number and request a schematic of the vacuum and that will give you an exploded view of how the vacuum assm goes together and also shows the belt replacement and how that is connected. http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/vacuum-cleaner/typhoon-1800-upright-vacuum-cleaner/1021772/
