I suspect a running program is stopping your restore point being made. Go into task manager and stop all unecessary processes and try again. Should work now. Also its possible that your antivirus is causing the trouble so kill that too.

Error F03 indicates that the wash thermistor is open or short circuit.
Check the thermistor, heater and connections.

Your computer is a Acer im assuming and the software is acer Erecovery ?

Check your system partition is NTFS and not FAT32, if its FAT32 you need to convert it

u can unistall it when u open the installing program that u can get from avast website

• Click here for supported software/driver for Vista.
• Make download.(it may take time to complete download due to its size).
• And install.

Note: Don't connect printer to PC untill setup tells you to do so.
