Don't worry you can solve it very easily.
Please just follow the below steps and you will fix it.

1 . If you are moving your mouse cursor all the way down (or wherever you have placed your task bar by default), but it won't show up, try pressing the Window key, typically found between the CTRL and the Alt keys. You can also press CTRL+Esc and achieve the same result. If your Start menu pops up after performing either action, this is your chance to manually re size your Windows task bar, as you had probably minimized it by accident.

2 . In case the above step does not fix the issue, try launching the Task Manager by pressing CTRL+Alt+DEL. In the window that pops up, go to the File menu, click on New Task, and type "Explorer" or "Explorer.exe", without the quotes. This action will basically restart the main shell that allows you to see your desktop icons, launch the task bar and initiate most of the visualizations you see on your Operating System. If this does not do the job, let's move onto step three.

3 . Try simply restarting the computer, as this may be as well caused by an old, sluggish system begging to be restarted for various reasons.

4 . Now, if none of the above have worked, you may be forced to run an anti virus and spy ware application. It is recommended that you launch these programs from Safe Mode by simply pressing the F8 key while your computer is booting up (right before the Windows logo shows up on the screen). Some viruses and spyware are known to alter your system in strange ways, so cleaning it may be an appropriate solution, as you have nothing to lose by trying.

5 . If all else fails, you may have to resort to repairing Windows through your Windows disc. During this repair, all of your data/documents will be left intact, while Windows attempts to fix any system error or damage found.

Thanks .

Right click (hit right mouse button) on task bar and click to lock task bar and uncheck hide task bar. If you cannot right click on time before it disappears move pointer to the bottom of screen and it should reappear. Than follow above steps. Internet explorer task bar missing

Try pressing the left Alt key alone. Does the menu bar appear?
Try right-clicking the area where the menu bar is supposed to be. Try different spots around the upper part of the window, eventually you should see in the context menu an option to turn on the menu bar.

I have lost my Menu Bar and have tried going to the Control Panel

try using your menu key on your keyboard. its next to the Ctrl key, that will bring up your start menu which shuld also show the task bar. right click on the task bar and click on properties. make sure "auto hide Task bar is not checked. and lock task bar. you may also have lowered it below your view. try moving your mouse pointer down at the bottom of the screen and see if your pointer turns into an arrow., if it does hold the left mouse button and move it up untill your task bar shows.

mine does this with windows 7, right click on desktop and open 'personalize' then open 'taskbar and start menu'
From here choose to move your taskbar location to the side of the screen and click apply. it should return, then just tell it to go back to the bottom.

Then click File, New Task.

Then type explorer.exe
