You can use Google /Samsung account to unlock the phone. If you forget your account detail somehow and don't want to factory reset causing the data loss, you can only use the Broken Android Data Extraction to unlock your phone.
You need a USB data cable and samsung PC suite software to be able to connect with your computer. Once you install the samsung PC suite, use the USB cable to connect or transfer data.

2) The default password is 0000.
3) Select device that you need to format or reset to factory. Selecting device would restore your phone to factory installation. All your data will be erased.
