What if Enable or Disable Add-ons isnt on there?

In Garmin Express go to device
then optional updates
then Voices
then English
then to the bottom of the page
and add to device

If you have the java script add on downloaded for the browser go to the menu in the upper right corner
click tools then options then add on scroll down to java add on and click enable if all you see is disable then it is already enabled. If you don't have the add on you can go to your browsers addon download page search for it and download it or go to java.com and downlaod java and install it it should enable it then if not try the above after installing java.

To enable or disable from Internet Explorer: In the top menu, go to Tools > ManageAdd-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons and click Enable or Disable next to either of the two instances of 'PageRage Toolbar'.

To enable or disable from Firefox: In the top menu, go to Tools > Add-ons. Select either of the two instances of 'PageRage Toolbar' and then click Enable or Disable. hope this helps you out goodluck

Anyway, go into device manager and disable it, then enable.

Right click on 'Computer'.

Right click on above and click 'properties' Does it say: This device is working properly?

Click OK, right click on Mice and other pointing devices.

Enable

Try again.

If still not working, 'uninstall'

Reboot PC and let drivers reinstall and try again.

Follow the steps below to Enable the Add-on
To re-enable an add-on in Internet Explorer 8

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.
   

2. Click the Tools button, and then click Manage Add-ons.
   

3. Under Show, click All add-ons.
   

4. Click the add-on you want to enable, and then click Enable.
   

5. Repeat step 4 for every add-on you want to enable. When you are finished, click Close.
   

To re-enable an add-on in Internet Explorer 7

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.

Open Internet Explorer Click on Tools->Internet Options Go to Programs Tab. Below you will find Manage Add on button. You can disable or enable any Add on for IE from there.
