This problem is all over the place, but people are misunderstanding the problem. It only occurs with INCOMING video (sometimes after just a few SECONDS). OUTGOING video is fine (so it's not a problem with the webcam driver). two-way webcam sessions work fine in Yahoo Messenger. It is only in Skype that we see it. Furthermore, it's only with the *latest* version of skype. It never happened before. Only after an 'automatic update' ran. We have tried manually uninstalling, and manually downloading a new skype install. Same problem. It *has* to be a bug in skype's latest version. It doesn't happen on all machines, but on the ones I've heard of it, they are all 64 bit machines. However MINE is 64 bit and no problem. It's my girlfriend is experiencing this. She has Windows 7 while I have Vista, but I've heard some people are experiencing it on Vista too. So that's why I conclude it's a bug unique to Skype's latest upgrade. We probably won't see a fix until Skype figures it out and makes a fix upgrade available to everybody. In the meantime we're shifting from Skype to Yahoo Messenger to communicate, although both of us like Skype better (when it works).

Samsung laptop screen shows garbage r540

if it's something that occurs with movement, and you had you screen previously replaced i would suspect that the screen cable clip is loose, try re-seating the cable in the back of screen and securing it with some tape to ensure that that it remains clipped in place, i think that this us most likely the issue.

As for the ATI driver i sometimes see that occuring, try updating the drivers.

Cannot get incoming video with Skype.

This is usually a problem on the other users end. If this error occurs with all incoming video, regardless of the other user, try this.
Reinstall the version of Skype you are currently using. If the issue is still no solved, try installing an older version of Skype on your computer.
Here's a link to an older version: http://www.soft32.com/download_127797.html
Sometimes the newer versions/updates will bring up errors with your computers.
Best of luck!

Change incoming fax number

Unless I'm misunderstanding your question, your fax machine has nothing to do with the incoming fax number. That's assigned by your phone service provider to the telephone line the fax machine is connected to. The only way to change that number would be connect the machine to a different phone line. This might be as simple as just plugging the phone cord into another jack if that line already appears at a convenient location, or it might mean a visit from a technician to place a jack where it's needed. Or you can contact your phone service provider about assigning a new number.

I hope this has helped. If not, please post a comment with more information about your question and I'll try to help further.

The dates on the incoming mails are screwed up by a few hours.

Go to Options and then Mail Options.

Under Account Settings, select Set language, site, time zone.

Then select the correct time zone.

Hope this helps!

I need an owners manual for jabra model BT4051 headset

You don't need one. After charging set, press and hold for several seconds until unit blinks repeatedly. Now it's on.
To turn it off, repeat procedure.
Press briefly to take incoming calls, or to place calls if your phone is voice activated. You should hear a beep after each press.
Use + and - buttons to increase/decrease volume.
Unit blinks once, intermittently, when it's ON. That is normal operation.
Note: It takes a few seconds for the connection to occur, after you initiate a call or take a call, and other sounds alert you when the connection is taking place. You'll learn as you go.
Good luck!
