How can i unlock my defcon cl if i forgot my combination?

You have to try all the combinations. Start with 1111, then 1112,1113,and so on.

They are designed to be secure so apart from bolt cutters there is no way to remove it unless you see a locksmith

hey man, im not sure there is a way to reset it without knowing the combo first.
however, i did find a very detail video on how to figure out the code. if you go to

An easy way? Yeah, sure, make it easy for thieves to bypass the security. :-)

On the average, you'll only have to try 5000 combinations, out of the possible 10 thousand. Or, buy/borrow a heavy-duty pair of bolt-cutters -- see: http://www.hand-tools.us/images/pictures/northern-industrial-18in-bolt-cutters.jpg

and cut away.

dispose it and buy a new one.

Due to the nature of security devices, there is no "magic unlock" code for the Defcon device. To recover a lost combination:

·Set the tumblers to the last known combination.

·While applying pressure to the red release button, rotate the tumblers up one digit and then down one digit on each of the individual tumblers.

·For Example: If your last know combination was 565

1.Set the tumblers to 565

2.Hold the red release button in and rotate the 1st tumbler to 6 so that the combination is now set to 665 (If this is the set combination the red release button will move in)

3.Hold the red release button in and rotate the 1st tumbler to 4 so that the combination is now set to 465

4.If not found move onto the 2nd tumbler and repeat step 1-3

5.If not found move onto the 3rd tumbler and repeat step 1-3
