I can translate the whole instructions but most functions speak for themself.
The only problem I think you are facing is how to connect to a mobile phone, computer or tablet.

Turn the headset on. (page 3, pt 4) For pairing hold the multifunctional switch (page 3, pt 1) for about 10 seconds. the light (page 3, pt 2) will blink from red to blue and repeats this in a continues mode. Now the headset is in paring mode. You can now find it in your mobile phone list. If your phone is asking for a code then type four times a 0.
If you are out of reach the headset will connect again on it's own only when in reach within 2 minutes.
After switching off then on the headset will try to pair with the latest paired phone/ computer.
I am using the same headset with upgraded speakers. Works fine with a Ipod Toch and mobile phone.
