This is a difficult question to answer. First, make sure you did not accidentally drop any liquids on your keypad. Second, try removing the battery and replacing it. Thirds, try a Master Reset (Start, System Tools, Master Reset) BUT REMEMBER THAT A MASTER RESET WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE ALL PERSONAL DATA. After that I am afraid you may have to turn your phone in on an insurance claim. Good luck.

My motorola q9h cannot restart, when i press on button it just shows the motorola logo but cant open.

Remove the battery and hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds. This will reset the circuits. Put the battery back in and turn the phone back on. If it still hangs and doesn't load you may have a corrupt boot file. In this case you'll want to contact Motorola. Good luck!

Panasonic kx-tc1282jxb no hang up

Some phones answer when picked up off the charger, but with some you must press the talk button to answer. Some have a green reciever on the button. And to hang up you must press the off button or the button with the red reciever.

Motorola SLVR buttons do not work

I don't know but mine's doing the exact same thing. Mine also keeps the screen on almost all the time, sometimes it turns itself on and back off and back on for hours. Once every button EXCEPT the red button worked... and once only the top left button worked, so i could answer calls but couldn't hang up. My friends enjoyed messing with me for that one.

Launches browser with every button

I have had this problem on my V3 also, turns out that the flex cable tends to get cold solder joints, find someone at one of your local mom and pop cell phone stores. Can usually find parts on ebay. Am not sure exactly which cable it is, had local tech that discovered he could solder the connections on the cable. http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=v3+flex+cable&category0=
