I wnat to connect bizhub c252 to network there for i need the admin password of machine to change the ip address of machine plz help me out

check the network setting and we will go from there,

You might need to reset the login and password to be able to print to that printer, especially if the previous SysAdmin had set up the BizHub to require a login and password to print.

If you want to check the connection from desktop ten follow this.Click on start menu.In run, type cmd and press ENTER.Now in dos mode type ping>space>ip address of machine which you want to check. press enter.If it shows TTL=32 or ttl=64 then it means OK.Your machine is connected with desktop.
Now if you want to put your machine on network and want to assign IP to machine then do these steps1-Connect the network cable to machine.2-Assign an IP to machine.3-To assign the IP, Simply press "Utility/counter" button.4-press "check details" button on LCD panel.5-Now press Admin management.6-Enter password. 123456787-select ADMIN 28-select Network settings.9-Select DHCP.set it to manual instead of auto obtain.10-Now assign the IP in IP address option and after entering correct free ip restart the machine.

On control panel press "user functions" , then select admin tab, press password and type password (default is 123456),press network and then ipv4. There you need to type in free IP address, subnet mask and gateway.

Can you print to your PC? if yes you know how to assign ip address to the copier. I suggest is to go web browser and type the ip adress of the copier. log in to adminstrator the password 12345678 click network scan you have choices which scanning you want. SMB, ftp scan to email. If choose SMB first you have create Folder to your desktop and name it SMB all upper case and right click sharing and permit everyone . Then back to copier web browser click tab scan and type all the names you want. Scan to e-mail you have to click network and enable the scan to email enter the SMTP leave the port 25 do not change assign a valid email address to copier and enter email address of the administrator user id and the last is the pasword. Note: everytime you visit this page you should enter the password. then click the scn tab and enter all your email address. enjoyprograming!!!

firqst: DHCP disabled
copier IP adress should be 192.168.x.y
IP Pc must be 192.168.x .z (169.254.xx.xxx is a bad address!! = No-IP address !!)

If the button on the touch screen is not visible for the network settings in the administrator settings there is definately something going on. Try connectng to the web interface by typing the current IP address of the copier into the address bar in Internet Explorer. If you do not know the IP address that was assigned to it then Google for Angry IP Scanner, download, and install it. Let it scan your network and find the IP address that way. If you have the right IP address nd cannot access the IP then try it in Mozilla Firefox. You PC must be in the same IP range for any of this to work.

Once you get into the web interface you need to hit LOGOUT as you are in public mode. Then log back in as administrator. The default password is 00000000 or more likely, 12345678. YOU MUST LOG OUT OF ADMIN MODE. DO NOT JUST CLOSE THE BROWSER WINDOW. This will lock up the control panel and cause problems.

You can change the IP address from the web interface in admin mode.

You will need to enter admin mode.
To do this select utility, admin management,the passcode should be 12345678 if not try 00000000 & ok.
Once in admin mode select admin 2, network set.
Press basic setting, press DHCP and set to IP input & ok.
Select IP address & input your desired ip address & ok.
Do the same for your subnet & gateway addresses then press enter, it should then ask you to reset the printer by the main switch ( not the one on the control panel ).
Once restarted you can check if the settings have been stored by outputting a config sheet.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

Try re-entering user name and password or try a different user name and password for email account saved in the machine.

with scan to Email on this machine you need a mail server that is local with ftp scanning you need IIS running on either XP Pro or server OS SMB Scanning can be done but only if you are using an eithernet connection which one of these do you want do to do
