Ok it leaks, but you never said where or how. Is it leaking from the bottom: Try replacing the wax donut that is between the floor pipe & bottom of toilet.

Is it just leaking in the bowel from the tank: adjust screw in tank to lower water in bowl. Also consider decreasing tank water: bend wire to plasic bulb or unscrew plastic bulb a little bit.

Is it leaking from tank of toilet: turn off water cutoff at wall behind toilet. Look under tank to see if water from seal or just loose bolts. If you have to replace those innards of tank. Home Depot/Lowes will give step by step instuctions. Take it to them and then will install free for you.

How to fix a leaky toilet

    1. Turn off the water at the shutoff valve, flush the toilet and hold down the handle. There may be a little water left in the bottom of the tank, but don't worry about it. Wipe the flapper seat with a clean cloth to make sure it's free of debris, and check it for cracks or splits (Image 1).

Bemis duel flush toilet leaking, how do I fix it?

If the leak is inside the toilet, then you have a defective flush valve or flapper Which ever one is in your model toilet.

Kohler one piece toilet. it is leaking around the bottom of the toilet but if I put the water in the back of the tank myself, it doesn't leak

if its leaking from bottom of toilet on the floor. its the wax ring that may be bad, if it does this when flushing it is either cracked or the wax ring under toilet is bad.

A small leak under the toilette, the seal has been changed many times and the toilette has even been replaced. Plumber says deffective toilettes? The leak seems to only happen when or after it is...

I've installed a lot of Toto toilets and have had few leaks but, not from the one piece toilets. It might be a problem toilet but, I would be sure the drain is not blocked causing a small back up after the flush.I have seen this happen many times. The toilet can be pulled and a 5gallon bucket of water can be poured down the drain to test this before replacing the toilet. also be sure water is not spraying on the top of the tank lid and leaking down the back of the toilet. If you flush the toilet with the lid off it should be easy to see if that the problem. hope this helps.

Toilet leaks into floor and lower level ceiling, no water on bathroom floor.

Either wax ring or sewage pipe is leaking. If you cant open the ceiling from below to look for leak you may have to remove toilet inspect pipe and look to see if it was leaking from wax ring and if it could have gone downstairs without leaking out too. If leak couldn't have come from wax ring the leak must be coming from a pipe in the floor. Find the simplest way to access it to repair it.

We have a crane toilet that worked perfectly and now it just wont quit running and water is leaking out the side how do i fix this im tired of shutting off the water to the toilet after it fills up

It sounds like it is running constantly because of the leak. Where is the leak, at the bottom, around the plastic nuts underneath or is there a crack in the tank? Let me know.
Fix the leak and will have fixed the running problem

After flushing a newly installed toilet, the water will not remain in the toilet bowl but no leaks are present

this sounds like a leaking flapper.although you may not see a leak, this is always the problem.a leaking flapper can be replaced, just becauce the toilet is new does not mean that it may not have defective parts.i would check the flapper first then the fill valve.this will most likely fix your problem.good luck with your project.

Check washer in float valve assembly. Could be overflow when toilet has not been used for some time.

Shifting & leaky toilet

They make plates that go under the  (plastic pipe?) flange which allows one to tighten down the toilet better. Seems that your flange and toilet are not level with one another? You may need to use plastic or other shims to level the toilet before  tightening the bolts.
