Aveis is a daytek product which is a Daewoo company. I found a site where you can check and make sure of this http://www.daytek.ca/ Click on products. I found codes for daewoo on page 35 of a manual I downloaded from this site:http: //tv.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/shaw/atlas_pvr_universal_remote_control.html . I hope this works for you.
None of the Daewoo codes worked, Primo did not work and Insignia did not work.
The Rogers PVR Remote Alternative Setup Method: Code Search
1. Press TV mode key
2 Press and hold setup key until the mode key blinks twice
3. Enter 991
4. Press CH+ key until your TV turns on or off
5. To save working code, press and hold SETUP until the LED blinks twice.
This worked for my AVEIS TV but be patient, I had to press the CH+ key approx. 366 times before it worked.
