I need username And Password to Speedtouch modem

To access the configuration: The default user is 'Administrator' and the password is blank.

Make sure you have your DSL username and password to log into you DSL service. If you don't have it your service provider can give it to you.

If that doesn't work find the reset button on the back. Do not use the front reset. Hold the reset buttion in until the power led flashes red. This should reset the unit back to factory. You will need probably need you DSL username and password to re-configure the router.

Hi, please note that speedtouch modem and DG834G router will not work together. Rather DG834G will replace the speedtouch modem. Remove the speedtouch modem and follow the below steps:

1. Connect the cable/phone line coming from Internet Service Provider to the WAN port of the router(isolated port).
2. Connect the computer to the router using any one of the 4 available ports.
3. Open the browser(Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
4. Access the router (usually http://192.168.0.1).
5. Login to the router (Username = admin Password = password unless you have changed it).
6. Click 'setup wizard'(at the top of list) from left menu.
7. Select yes and click next.
8. It should give you a "PPPoA Detected" and then click next.
9. Enter the login and Password of ISP click apply.
10. Once the settings are updated click on 'router Status' and click on 'connection status' button(at the bottom of the page).
11. Click on connect button.
12. Connecting to server should show 'connected'.
13. If you receive 'CHAP authentication failed', close the 'connection status' window and click on 'Basic settings'. Check the login and password for ISP and apply the setting again.
14. Open up another browser window and try to access internet.

if you are using speed touch 330 usb modem configuration is like this...
install modem drivers this would installmodem drivers.
then go to start, programs speed touch>> then selest Speed touch USB then it would give you a pop up for dial up connection, click on properties, then click on configure here you can change the speed. else go back chcek username and password and dial. should be able to connect. If you need anyother information other than this please go to speedtouch.com

You dont need both. Do the following:
Unplug your speedtouch from the phone line at the back of the speedtouch unit. Plug that cable into your Zoom. Then plug one end of an ethernet cable into router and one end into your PC. Type http://10.0.0.2 into a web browser (eg. Firefox or Internet explorer) username/password is admin/zoomadsl go to basic setup and input your ISP username and password (the one given to you by your internet provider) under PPP. Click configure my connection. Save changes and then write to flash (both buttons on bottom of page)

the username and password should both be admin. once in the settings select the ps3 IP and change to a static IP this should just solve your connection problem
