My screwgun just screws it wont unscrew. The button above the trigger does go in and out, but it locks the trigger when it is on the unscrew side. It has worked before,did something get lodged in there?is that possible?

Some screwguns have a torque adjustment that slips when adjusted too light. The strongest setting usually has a symbol of a drill bit. Have you tried putting the screw into another piece of wood? If you are going into a very dense wood you may have to predrill hole.

if the inside is off and you unscrewed the main long throught the door screws than it is more than likely just stuck on by paint, they clamp to the door from each side with those screws, if there a no visible screws then its just stuck

Press release button and hold down while unscrewing bolt. Continue to hold button and unscrew bolt until tip is loose enough to pull out if it still won't come out unscrew all the way, take bolt off and pull out tip with channel locks. It just got jammed in when tightening because diameter is probably a little wider

put the gun in reverse (the setting to remove a screw), while pressing the trigger with one hand, hold the gun with the other hand on the part that spins, but not the tip itself. hold it firmly, and as it attempts to spin, the tip holder will open wider and release the bit

Hilti quit carrying that screwgun around 15 years ago. Your best bet is to find used parts on Ebay or Craig's list.

Sometimes you can wrap a piece of thin plastic or paper around the stem and shove it back in and will hold it in place,- other wise there is a spring steel clip that probable wore out and would need to be replace but it wont be fun

open the chuck fully and it shoudl have a screw inside. Unscrew it, but be carefull, these screws are usually reversed - to uncsrew, rotate it clockwise. Once done, put allen key into chuck (short side in), fasten the chuck to hold allen key well and hit the key with hammer - counterclockwise direction. You might want to verify this procedure with someone else as I have no experience with Dewalt, but this way it works for Makita, Metabo, Narex, ... then why not for Dewalt? Juraj

For removing the panel, things you need is just a small + 03 Number Screw Driver.
1. Remove the button highlighted above using a Sharp Object like Safety Pin.
2. Now you will find screws for the Outer Frame.
3. Remove the screws one by one.
4. You might find some locks for the outer panel.
5. Slightly Insert - sign Screw Driver on the frame and scroll it until the locks are released.
6. Now you can easily remove the panel.
7. Once the outer panel is removed, you will find some screws on the side of the frame, unscrew it.
8. At the bottom side of the Monitor there will be a Power and Signal Cable for the Panel, unplug it.
9. Thats it now the panel is removed.

Yes there is a button to reverse the direction. Look right above the
trigger in the middle of the drill you will see a oblong button with an arrow on it. Push it in. The button goes through the drill. On the other side the button will have the arrow pointing in the opposite direction. Push it.

1 Fairly Small Screw Driver
Something Soft to protect your screen (Optional)
Something sticky to hold your small screws (Optional, but recommended)
Ability to remember where you removed screws from =D



1. Flip your PSP on the front side (screen side).
2. Unscrew the two screws on the outside opposite of the battery.
3. Open the battery panel, and unscrew the screws under the battery.
4. CAREFULLY, take off the faceplate and make sure your L/R buttons are properly secured and clear from dust/dirt.
5. Check the 'Home', 'Start', etc., buttons for anything that may "jam" them.
6. Reassemble your PSP by screwing the screws back into their proper areas.
