If you are trying to import a ms Word document into print artist, they may not be compatible. Try saving the word document as a .txt file and try opening that or importing it in this manner. Sometimes you can just open both programs at the same time and highlight your text on the word doc, right click and select copy ,then paste it into the print artist page.
Hello,This issue may becaused by poor connection. Check to see if all interface connection cables arein the printer. If the printer doesn't establish good connection with thecomputer print quality will decrease.Second thing you can check are thesettings on the computer. Are they matching with settings in Brother MFC-9840CWD.This is issue is not caused from the toner cartridge or drum unit.
Once you copy (text, picture etc) from any file, You need to paste it somewhere before you can burn it. Once you copy something, computer holds it on something called a clipboard till you paste it to another document. This new document can be a notepad or another word file. So, once the copy is done, open note pad or an MS office new file and paste it on to that. Save this new file with any name (abc.txt or abc.doc for example). Now you can burn it to a CD or DVD. To burn, open the CD burning software. Start new data project, drag abc.doc or abc.txt file to the window at the bottom. click burn.
is this a case of the dots are missing for a valid line, or do you mean a line feed is added at the end of a line, ie you get 3 lines of text occupying 4 lines of space , or 4 lines of text occupies 4 lines of space, but one line has no printed dots on it? to make it more obvious, what does a document with say text thats 3cm tall look like? as it sounds to me like contacts need cleaning.. *** note for info: do not rely on printouts from within a BROWSER as that may have unpredictable results. All text will be treated as a large block of PIXELS and Not TEXT. also Non Printer fonts could cause similar issues.
There is never ant option for .txt docs. It is only for a word doc and what you save it as is your problem. So, dont worry about it. After .txt you will ask for normal txt or rtf. The list is very long. So, the short cut is to open a new doc and save it as whatever you want.
Is the issue the same with a anormal text document or just with heavily colored docs?
If the text doc gets printed fine, then it is an issue with print spooler and we might need to work on that.
revert & lemme know
Any more ideas outthere? I could really , really use the help.
