Yes there are two fuel pumps of there are two fuel tanks.
One in each tank.
I assume you tried both tanks?
Best way to diagnose, put fuel in both tanks, and check each one.
The fuel pump relay in under the hood on the relay bank driver side fender.
You can provide power there on the lug going to the fuel pump. So, make sure the tank selector is working properly by setting the selector on the left tank, then turning the key to on, you should hear the pump come on for a couple seconds. Then do the same for the right tank. You need to make sure that the same pump is not coming on. Listen to each side. If that works, then the relay is OK too, and you have ruled out the pumps. Then check the valve that switches the tanks, see if there is any debris in it, or if it is even switching tanks.
Also check your fuel pressure at the fuel injector rail.
