HI, my laptop very slow while shutdown taking at least 2 minutes , please advice, thanks

there are 2 possibilities 1. cpu fan ventilation got blocked, so use you old tooth brush to clean it 2. the system is infected with virus. so user online virus toll to clean the virus any i recommend to us this link to clean the virus. it clean virus, spy ware & malware.

If you're using the laptop wirelessly then i suggest that you remove power from the router and modem for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes plug power back in and wait another 2 minutes. Then try to reconnect to the internet.

you might a bad file on there like a virus or spam were does anything pop when plugged other than saying its connected

Please go to Start/click on the shutdown /and choose restart/press Enter .It will take approx 1 minutes to completely restart .

This usually signifies an overheating problem. You have a couple of choices. 1. Make sure your vents are clean & not obstructed, use on a flat surface. 2. Upgrade your cpu fan to one that has better cooling, or 3. Purchase a laptop cooling pad that sits under the laptop when in use. Hope this helps & please take a moment to rate this solution fixya. Try going to the control panel>performance and maintenance>disk cleanup. After running cleanup run the defrag. You can also cleanup your internet browser by deleting cookies, temp internet files, & browsing history. See if this helps speed up the system. Hope this helps & please rate this solution fixya. Ok try this, shut the power off after you unplug it. Take out the battery, wait a minute and put it back in. Restart, that should fix it. If it's a larger problem let me know.

FIRST REPLACE YOUR BATTERY, THEN ALSO CHECK VIRUS WITH AN UPDATED VIRUS CLEANER.

1) For sounds, you can check the sound properties and see if the balance is set right for the left and the right speaker. Alternately, move the balance to the left and see if you hear anything 2) There can be lots of reasons why the laptop would shutdown automatically. Does it shutdown or would just turn off without a proper shutdown. It can be due to some device - especially the processor getting heated or some device is not getting enough power for the system to remain up. Please revert back with further observations.
