I have a 2003 dream maker eclipse spa that came with our home.. the morot was replaced by the orig owners about 2 yrs ago. we used the spa last winter and everything worked fine.. now the tub turns on, filters and jets working great.. but the digital readout says 188 and will not change from that reading??

Your spa should have the aquaflo pump which uses a PS-200 seal.

Start with the pump. If it is bound up and not starting nothing else will work. Close off your valves and disconnect the pump unions. Once free, reach in with the pump unplugged and try to turn the impeller by hand. Will it turn? If not, you'll need to free it or get the pump repaired. Once the pump is working and water circulating your heater should start working.
