Blown fuse on any unit is an indicator of a short circuit or an overload. If you are not a qualified technician, better call for one to check it before replacing it with a new fuse.

After a power outage, the tv wont turn back on. was hoping there is a fuse that may have blown.

Hi Michael,
Yes there is a fuse in your TV too and sometimes you do escape with a blown fuse after a power outage. Please open if you can the back cover of your TV, locate the fuse. If you do not see any damaged or blown parts, replace the fuse with the same rating. If the works, enjoy watching. If the fuse blows again, the power board needs to be repaired or replaced.
Good luck.

My RCA HDTV d52w20 won't turn on

Many times located inside the TV is a small fuse. It's very possible that this fuse has blown. Open the TV up and locate it and if it's blown take it to Radio shack and they can help you find the proper replacement. Hope this helps!

Coby 40 LCD TV has splash screen and sound, but no picture

Looks like you might have issues with your screen it self the lights and all internal issues. You might have to take into a repair shop to get it done, a fuse might have been blown up. If you have warranty try to take it in and get it fixed.

It should be located on the power supply board close to where the power cord terminates
