You could try this as it's already worked for me before:
Have your PC suite uninstalled from your machine as well as make sure that your PC Nokia connectivity is removed. reboot your system and then re-install everything.
The reason you actually receive this message is probably you have just installed a newer version of PC suite which sometimes results in consistency problems with your installed Nokia connectivity, that's why every newly released PC suite version comes with an updated PC Nokia connectivity.
