Hi,why it does not ring out is because,the ringer is damaged..and it needs replacement. Before you replace it,you can clean up where the ringer is,there might be dirt stopping it to work.But you have to unscrew the phone to see where the ringer is.

hi you can restart the phone and now change the ringer. if still not working means there will be problem in operating system in your phone.kindly contact your mobile servicer.they will fix it by formatting thank you

hi madame anna. do you have a warranty on this set. if you do anything we tell you is obsolete. make them honor that warranty and get someone with you that can help. sometimes the stores will try to rip you off.

Check your phone settings for the ringer. Is it on? Is it on vibrate?
