My drive was working fine on an XP machine until I installed an Epson Workforce 500 series printer. The printer includes USB and SD card slots which I think may have created the problem for the drive. The directories and most files are there, but it can not find any of my iTunes songs. If I move the drive to another system, they are there.

Epson workforce 520 printer won't print wirelessly

Reinstall the software until you get it right. I had to do it 3 times before it printed a test page. My error for not taking my time.

Epson workforce 600 printer is offline what do I do? did the trouble shooting and it says to see the network administrator

Go to printer and faxes option and choose the printer model which you installed just right click on it you will see the option of use printer online. Also I suggest you to change the usb port and the cable also still if you facing the problem follow these steps, right click on my computer and go to properties then hardware in that click on device manger and check there is any other device is listed if it is there just remove it and click for scan for hardware changes when he prompt for driver reinstall the driver cd

Epson workforce 500 will not scan

All is well! I just followed some other person's solution (at a more responsive forum!) by downloading the latest .exe files from Epson and now everything is working just fine. thanks for answering my post above....ha, ha, ha. :)

Could not UNINSTALL downloaded version of driver for epson 500

It helps if we know the OS but I'll carry on as if you have XP.

Disconnect the printer from PC, click start/printers and faxes Right click on the workforce and select delete.

Next go into control panel/add remove programmes and uninstall all epson software.

Reboot and reinstall DO NOT connect printer until told to by the install prog.

XP won't boot with NEC SD-V2-5U USB card installed

Have you tried moving the card to a different slot? The motherboard BIOS and/or the operating system may be trying to assign an interrupt that cannot be shared--especially if you have the card installed in the slot next to the video card (or shared with the onboard video).
