thats the 267888 color wheel which has been discontinued for several years now. However you can get your color wheel rebuilt by contacting the guys at www.tvrepairworld.com

That indicates your color wheel or optical block is bad. Repairs are usually pretty costly. Around 1100 to 1300 dollars. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure if the color wheel spins with no vibration that it's not the colorwheel. I would have to say that your cable is bad. If it has been bent repeatedly near the connection that the wires could be breaking down. Try a brand new cable.

The problem is with the EEPROM in the TV that needs to be reprogrammed. But you need to have the proper Correction Tool (LSUQ0100).
I don't think it's available to the public. Call a Service Company, but make sure they have the “Correction Tool”.

The colored spots may be a light engine issue that Panasonic will pay for repair costs even though tv is few years old. Contact Panasonic. . No you can't reset the lamp timer without a remote.

I called Panasonic and they are sending a repairman. My TV is 3 years old. They said they'd cover the repair as a one-time in-warranty even though it is out of warranty because they've been having problems with this model. Don't do like me and try to live with the problem.
