Panasonic Counter top Microwave model # NNT695SF Often when I push the start button, the microwave will go for a few seconds and then cut out. I then open the door and then shut the door and push the start button, and the same pattern happens. We bought the microwave two years ago and it worked perfectly for the first 18 months. The problem described above does NOT happen all of the time. It is hit and miss. Sometimes it happens as described above and sometimes it works just fine. thanks for your assistance, regards, glen

Panasonic 1250w genius senor inverter less then a year old. Control panel lights up, works.microwave itself does not, control panel shuts off in a few seconds

When a Panasonic Inverter Microwave shuts off after a feew seconds, it is either a bad inverter which is the quite expensive circuit board that powers the magnetron that puts out the microwave energy, or a bad magnetron, Or BOTH typically this would be a costly repair, But since it is still under warranty. You need to find a Panasonic warranty service provider in your area. If it is a counter top unit, you may have to take it to them for repair.

Panasonic Microwave NNA883 cuts out after 20 seconds.

You need to replace the diode. Scratch that. The voltage let alone the radiation could kill you. Call a technician. If it is a table top unit, buy a new one. It will be cheaper,
