Unplug the dryer and the first thing to do is check for the presence of 220 volts at the wall outlet. If you lost one leg of the 220 volts, it is possible for your dryer to run but there will not be any heat. Once you verified there is definitely 220 volts at the wall outlet, remove the rear cover. On the lower right hand side you will see a silver canister which contains the heating element. Remove the lower two wires directly from the heating element and check this for continuity. If it is good, on the left hand side of the same canister they often install a thermal safety which may have tripped. Do the same test as with the heating element. Remove the wires and test the thermal safety for continuity. If this is good, move to the blower housing on the left side of the exhaust vent and look for a white piece of plastic which has two wires on it. Remove these two wires and check this item for continuity.

Jeep 4cyl flathead smoking

White or blue smoke? If white does your hand get damp holding up to the tailpipe when the engine is running? Does the radiator boil over/engine over-heat easily? Flat head engines are notorious for running hot especially if not moving. Flat-heads don't cool well as a general rule and the older radiators are not very efficient heat exchangers. If the smoke is white then the headgasket is blown or the head or block is cracked (the first two are more common). If the smoke is blue then the valve guides and/or the piston rings are worn fairly severely. Ironically the easiest way to damage the piston rings or valve guides in a flat-head is to run it hot.

My heat blower wont blow

Check blower motor relay or fuse. If not you may need a new unit.

Wont read disks

This is a very common problem with the Playstation 3 console.

The problem? The blue-ray reader is burnt out.

The reason for this is that Sony or SCEA designed and built the console incorrectly. The main heat source for the system is underneath the blue-ray reader unit itself. This causes extreme heat and the unit will actually burn your skin if the unit is running for more then an hour.

Example: If you let the Playstation 3 run for an hour. Disassemble the console and lift the blue-ray reader unit up a little. It WILL burn your skin. There is an extreme amount of heat that comes directly under the blue-ray unit. This is why it won't read discs anymore.

Please view this video below for more information and videos that might help. Otherwise you might have to send in your console to SCEA. You an also try Radio Shack, Gamestop and even try some cellular phone companies or businesses who offer services for PS3 repairs. Usually it costs around $129.00 for repairs, refurbishment or replacement.(do not delete) utube.png
Hope this helps!! :)

Sears kenmore dryer wont run (Electric)

Sounds like the motor relay and/or the even heat board. Remove endcaps from console and remove 2 screws in corner. Pull console torwards you and up and it will flip up. The board is on the left and there are 2 relays on the right. The only difference is one has big red wires and the other has smaller blue ones. Blue wires are motor relay. Possibility of door switch also broken off.
