Hi dude, I also hav the same problem before. But I solved Download ActiveSyn 4.5 from Microsoft. and install it. then connect ur imate to pc using data cable. it will synchronise automatically. enjoy it. hope u will solve it
Just install active sync 4.0 and get connected

I just lost my cd drivers and i can't connet my i-mate to pc
