MY HTC touch dual can not go past smart mobility start up screen on start up.

Can you help me on this guys i do the hard reset and the soft reset but still on freezing on start up? what should i do someone tell me that my device is over used should i reprogram it??

Unfortunately, I can't see any other way to recover your device than hard resetting it. Of course you know that a hard reset will set your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting every program you have installed, as well as you personal data. Hope you have a recent backup, to be restored after the hard reset procedure. Anyway, to do it, press and hold both the green Send/Call and the red End buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin (at the botton of the device) with the stylus pen. Keep pressing the keys until a warning message comes up. Release the buttons, and press ENTER.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.

As far as i know my friend free unlock codes are not working properly.when i suffered with the problem my friend suggested me the site from where i got my unlock code.its not free but its as much cheap as free.click here to get your unlock code.

if you run vista it will not recognise the drivers, you will need to download an update from HTC or from your mobile operator.
