Bro i recommend Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 80 GB (6Y080M0)
Hard Disk specifications:
1.0. SATA cable hard disk.
1.1. include 80 GB model for test series.
2. includes 8MB of cache.
3. with fluid dynamic bearings it mean that it will runs nice and quiet and can do fast transfer of informations.
Well I would recommend upgrading your RAM to 2 GB (Your standard model comes with 1/4 of that) and a 250 GB drive. The RAM would cost you about $80 in parts and perhaps $30 labour and the hard drive should be about $60 in parts and $20 labour. I don't recommend upgrading processors as it can cause warranty problems down the road.
