Is it getting tangled while you're spooling the bobbin on the top right corner of the Singer 1507 machine? If this is the case, you have to pull the thread through the top tiny hole in the bobbin, and hold on to the thread end. Then click the bobbin to the right to lock it in place, power up your machine. Keep holding the thread as you begin spooling the bobbin. Let go of the thread once the bobbin starts to spin a few rounds and the thread should not get tangled.

Husqvarna Viking Designer Diamond I get the following error code: Remove any thread under the stitich plate and in bobbin area.

Can you get any other codes in the window or is this the only one that keeps showing up? You may need to put a new needle and bobbin in as they may have been damaged even slightly when things got tangled. Kate

The motor locked up because the thread is tangled.
Solution:
Remove the tangled thread before continuing the operation.
Clean the bobbin case to remove the tangled thread.
After cleaning the bobbin case, insert the bobbin case properly.
If the needle is bent or broken, replace the needle.
Then, thread the upper thread properly, and continue the operation.

I'm guessing it is because the tension is not just right, the bobbin might not be the right size, the thread type top and Botton might not be the same, or you just might need put in a new needle the right size.

My bobbing thread keeps jamming

Make sure you are putting the bobbin in right side up. Some times it will do this if your needle size is incorrect to the fabric weight.

I keep getting an E6 error message - tangled thread. I think it's the bobbin thread that's getting tangled, and I can't figure out why, or how to fix it. Any ideas?

It could be that the bobbin is being put in upside down check to make sure that you do not need a bobbin with a magnet on one side. also make sure there is no thread tangled inside the bobbin housing it will cause the timing of the machine to be off and cause issues with your needle picking up the bobbin and thus cause a mess inside you bobbin housing

Ensure that you have routed the bobbin thread properly. Also, if the bobbin case is not installed properly it will give you this problem. Ensure that the protrusion is touching the spring on the body of the machine.

Bobbin tangling

Sounds like the bobbin is spinning to fast or is winded to loose. Try adjusting the tension on the bobbin.
