If your cell phone is lost or stolen,it is not possible to trace it unless you ring your cell phone number and someone answers it and returns it to you.But you can inform your network provider with yours IMEI number who can then put the serial number on a shared database.This list stops this particular phone from registering on any network and will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone's SIM card is changed

Hi , I am happy that you know your IMEI no. Its possible to trace a mobile if you have your lost phones IMEI no. First thing what you got to do is get your sim card disabled by your service provider.You need to go to your Service Provider and give them your cell phones IMEI no. Who ever has your cell phone will swich it on and put his sim in your mobile then your service provider will trace the mobile down.

I suggest you ring your cell phone and hope the person who answers will return it to you.

Hi Yash, There is only one way.. to contact Police and lodge a FIR.,. dont forget to mention you IMEI no. Then cop will contact to network operator then they will trace your mobile with IMEI no..

Even i lost my mobile 5 months before stil they didnt find it...depends on the police station. if they try to find immediatly its easy to trace with the IMEI number. so dont worry..you wil get it..
