Cannot connect using LG internet cube software

1-Do your research. There are many programs available that you can use to sync your LG cell phone and your PC. Go to your favorite search engine on the Web for more information.

2-Choose between the paid syncing devices or the data syncing software. Paid syncing devices require payment before you can use the data syncing service. If you use data syncing software you only need to download it. Whatever you decide, you will need to find a device or software that is compatible with the LG cell phone.

3-Make sure that you have a data cable that is compatible with the LG cell phone. The data cable is required to connect your LG cell phone to your PC. Visit the store where you purchased your LG cell phone or visit an online store such as Cell Phone Shop to find a data cable.

4-Connect your LG cell phone to your PC using the data cable. Follow the instructions that come with the data cable for proper connection.

5-Find the "PC sync menu" from the "Utilities" menu on your LG cell phone. This program allows you to synchronize the "PIM" or Personal Information Management between your computer and your LG cell phone, using a data cable.

6-Press "Ok" in the "PC sync" menu to begin exchanging data. Once you press "Ok "in the PC sync menu the selected data from your LG cell phone will be synchronized with your PC. Wait for the data to completely transfer before disconnecting your LG cell phone.

i tried so many different websites in order to access the internet for at&t on my lg shine ke970. i finally found a link that was really easy to understand and worked. here it is....

I had the same problem...i formated the set & re installed the softwares.. do this .. it ll work.

go to your phone provider because they will provide configuration on it like IP Address and likes

The_Wise23 - delete and try reinstalling your lg usb modem if that does not work call your provider and see if they can assist you more.

chinesebox - the best thing to do is uninstall all lg software and then reinstall it.

for all other users un-install then reinstall

I had the same problem but now i have found the solution for it. Its not the software its the phone. Go to your Phone Settings hit Connectivity and then Usb Connection select Data Service and now connect your phone to the pc and select connect in Mobilesync and it should work. After you are done using MOBILE SYNC you can simple go in settings once again and choose mass storage for any downloads!!!
