You have to get the pc suite for connecting to your pc through mobile. And the software is with you in a cd when you brought samsung c3200. Just install it it is the best software (pc suite) for your mobile.

To connect to internet through your mobile GT-S3653 you need to install PC suite and need to subscribe to packet data.

You can download the PC suite from below website

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportGlobalDownloadPrdDetail.do

In this website please select the following from the dropdown list,
1.Product type
2.Product sub type
3.Model number


After selecting the model it shows the PC suite for your mobile model.Download it and install in your compter.

To subscribe to packet data you need to contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office.
They will send you the settings for your model. Please save the settings to your phone and set it has a default settings.Then you can start using the internet in your phone.

After doing this two you can connect to the internet using mobile as modem.
