I've just purchased a Black & Decker all in one automatic break maker. I've used it once and I like it. Here's my question. With this particular machine, you have to punch in whether it is a 1.5 lb, 2- lb or 3-lb loaf. I do plan to used recipes that are not in the manual. But how will I know what size loaf to indicate. Is it by the amount of flour? If so how much for each size?
Please let me know as I would like to try many different recipes, but I'm not sure what the rule of thumb is.
