I'm trying to scan a document, but I keep getting the message back no paper in document feeder?????

I just upgrated my Vista system as recomanded, and after that I am not able to scan documents, getting the messGE " NO PAPER IN THE DOCUMENT FEEDER " on my all in one laiser jet 3050
Click on where it says "Source:" and instead of having it on "Feeder (Scan One Side), click the option that says "Flatbed." It works for me, so hopefully it does for you too.

When i connecting scan,there is no paper in the document feeder .But paper is in the glass.Pls help me.

KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE......NO PAPER IN DOCUMENT FEEDER. I am using an HPOFFICEJETJ3050 ALL-IN-ONE.

You can specify the method for restarting scanning of documents when a paper jam occurs in the feeder.
For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

[From 1st Page]:
If a paper jam occurs in the feeder, scanning starts again from the first page of the document.
[From Stopped Original]:
If a paper jam occurs in the feeder, scanning starts again from the page of the document scanning was interrupted.

When i going to scan paper, below message are coming on screen.

Their is paper in the document feeder, and it is registered my 3055 but not by the computer. How to solve this problem ?

When I try to scan docs from the ADF, I get a message on my computer (not the AIO display) that there's no paper in the feeder. Been trying to resolve this issue for over a week now with no success. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the printer software, powered down the printer several times, tried to scan from the glass rather than the ADF and nothing has worked.
When i connecting the scan .error msg has comming "there is no paper in the document feeder.
When I try to scan it says no paper in document feeder ??
it happen the same to 3055 model
