How do I take black and white phots with the SL30 digital camera?

The battery requires recharging else a new battery is required to replace a depleted once. Perform a power recharge of the device for several hours to attain full capacity. The camera lense should responde there after.

Slide the lock switch on the SD card away from the lock position. It is a small plastic switch, usually yellow or white, on the side of the card.

Having gone over four months without a response, I assume my suggestion to use a card reader solved the situation.

Go to menu, function, photo style selector, select normal. Hope that works for ya

your batteries may be dead

The best thing to do after downloading all your pictures to your computer is to format the card in the camera. This prevents the card from getting fragmented, which is a sure recipe for disaster.

Time to start using a card reader.

the very thin part of the strap...twist it as you slide it under the bar.You may need a safety pin to catch it and bring it all the way to the other side. take your finger and open the end that you slid through...and slide the handle part through it..and pull.Not sure what bar code you are typing of...

the photo is not being displayed when the camera is connected to the computer.however the phot can be viewed in the camera.
