Kodak EasyShare C643 internal memory is full How do I get it cleared. I take four photos then it freezes

If you have a memory card inside the camera, you have to remove it and then turn on the camera, press the photo review button and you should see what is recorded in the internal memory? You can now delete the photos or recordings off the internal memory, mind you that most internal memory on cameras are limited but to a few photos only, you are better off using a regular SD card since it has way more memory than the internal memory in the camera.

You will have to delete some photos.
If your current storage is set to memory card, you have to set it to internal memory before deleting photos.
Use the delete function in the camera menu.

Press the Menu button, select Image Storage, and change it to "Internal Memory." Press the Review button, then the Menu button. Select Copy.

Don't forget to set the image storage back to Auto when you're done.

Make sure a card is installed and that the camera's image storage location is set to internal memory.

Press the Review button, then press the Menu button. Press up/down to highlight Copy>>, then press the OK button. Press up/down to highlight an option, then press the OK button.

To change the camera's image storage location, press the Menu button. Press up/down to select to select Image Storage.

Why are you using the internal memory? It's small and never been reliable.

The Internal memory and SD card are different beasts. There is a certain value that alows pics to be taken without a memory card in situe. It is this part that is saying the memory is full Use settings to clear internal meory of photos or files being held. If this oersists even after yoiu have emptied the memory you will need to take it to a Kodak outlet

Click review and then click delete it will ask if you want to delete all memory including internal click yes on "all photos and video" and this should clear it. Good Luck

This means that in order to take additional pictures, you need to use an external memory card. To clear up your internal memory, you would want to use the supplied usb cable to upload the pictures to your computer. Or you can delete these photos and this will also clear up memory space, but you would be able to retain the images.
