This is actually a connection issue and not a video issue this is a connection issue most likley as video playback probably works when your not watching videos online you just have to either let the video buffer up by pausing for a little while before you watch or see if you can lower the quality of the video so it can keep up with your connection speed

CNN

You may need to contact your mobile phone service provider to sign up for video service if you have a problem receiving CNN.com or CNN video on your phone.

http://edition.cnn.com/help/mobile.html does not say anything about specific phone requirements as long as
your phone is Web-enabled and your service plan includes wireless Web access you're good to go.

On line videos stop and start.

It sounds like your internet speed is not quite fast enough, or the site you are watching the videos from doesn't have the right bandwidth. If I have that problem, I tend to load the video page, then leave it on the page for a few minutes, until enough of the video has buffered.

Video and Audio Freeze

Sounds like a slow internet connection. Try pausing the video until it has buffered at least halfway and then play again.

Hope this helps,

erch.
