Normally the phone comes with flash pre-installed. If it doesn't however it is very simple to find Simply:
Unlock your phone and open the main menu.
Scroll down to the app with the title: "Android Market" Tap it and wait for it to open.
In the top right-hand corner, the is a small magnifying glass. Tap it to bring up the search function.
Enter the following: "Flash Player"
Follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the Flash Player.
Try using it by opening a webpage with flash enabled. :)
If you have not used Android Market before it will ask you for you Google account login information. Simply enter your standard Google account details. If you do not have an account you can make one for free here: https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount
Hope this helps!

Get your account password wrong 5 times and it will ask you if you forgot your password at the bottom. Then it gives you the opportunity to unlock your phone using your Google account credentials.
HTC Wildfire, so I'm assuming that this is running on Android 2.1
There should be an app there somewhere called Market with an icon of a paper bag with a green robot on it. Open that, and you'll be asked to login to your Google Account (if you don't have any, then just make one!). Then start downloading apps. :)
If you cannot find the Android Market app, https://market.android.com/ use this website instead (on your computer)
Hello!
Here's what you can try to help your two Androids synchronize with each other:
Use your Google Account to your advantage.
Since you're using an Android, it's the best idea to get a Google Account since your Calendars, Emails, etc. can sync to that account. You can add a Google Account by going to Settings > Accounts and Sync then click on "Add account" and click "Google." Just add your Google Account details (sign up if you haven't yet) and voila! A new Google Account has been added to your Android! You can use the same Google Account for both your Galaxy S and your Galaxy Tab.
Set up your phone to sync with Google Account.
In the same menu, click on the Account that you've just set up on you Android and there should be "Sync Calendar, Contacts, and Gmail." Just tick what you need. Just make sure "Auto-sync" is turned on at the Accounts and Sync menu. :)
Use the Android Market!
The Android Market is full of stuff that you can add to your Android to enhance your experiences. Since there's no note/memo syncing for your Google Account, I recommend downloading any of the following apps: SimpleNote or EverNote. These two are available on the Market (and Apple Store, if you have an iDevice) for free, and you can sync them to other devices with the same application by signing up for them for free.
Here are some links for you to help: SimpleNote (http://simplenoteapp.com/) Evernote (www.evernote.com/)
So far, these are the basics, so if you have any queries, just ask!

If there is an option to unlock your phone by logging into your google account, try that. On my phone, it only shows up if you turn off the screen, and turn it back on again, then I enter my login info, and it's unlocked.
If you can't unlock it, another option is to hard reset it. You will lose all your info, but it can be retreived again from your google account. If you have apps on your SD card, it should also reload them as well. If not, your previously installed apps should show up on Market to be reinstalled. However, you should reinstall them all at the same time, because if the Market app closes, it might erase your previous app history. Im not sure if its fixed in later versions of Android (the operating system on your phone), but on my older phone, it deletes the previous app history if you reboot or close the app.
