Kenwood microwave lcd blue display dim how to fix

Unless you are an expert do not open the body of the microwave your self the capacitor holds enough charge even when turned off and disconnected from the mains to kill you, take it to a repair shop for a quote as it will be a swap of a plug in component.

Hi I am using kenwood microwave since last6 years.but now from last one year it suddenly started make sound while not in working and now it is not heating. Plz guide what to do

Time to throw it away. Microwave ovens can be dangerous if not working correctly. Micro-waves, (The actual waves themselves) can be lethal. Unless you really know what you are doing, do not under any circumstances dismantle the machine and switch it on. The cabinet of the machine is designed as a protective box and should stop random waves escaping and cooking anything else including you own insides. Generally Microwave ovens are uneconomical to repair, for the parts and labour you can buy a new one. Buy the most powerful you can. If you buy anything that is below 1000 Watts make sure it has a turn table. Remember that the more you place in a microwave oven, the longer it takes to cook. If you have a big family and you can afford it, you might like to think about a commercial oven 1600 - 1800 watts, that can cope well with large quantities well and will cook a tin of baked beans in less than a minute.

How do I fix a microwave oven which stopped heating

My experience after having used 5 - 6 microwave ovens, is that when failing, you shoud send it to an authorized repair service, recommended by your warranty, (even if it's not on warranty.) and most times according to diagnostics, best option is to buy a new one

I have Kenwood KGTS23 microwave, it looks working but it stopped warming the food

The heart of any Microwave is a part that generates the actual Microwave radiation that heats the food and liquids, it is called the Magnetron, it is the most expensive part of the oven and unless the oven is under warranty it is cheaper to just replace the oven with a new one than to have the Magnetron replaced.

My microwave does not heat up, although it rotates and the light is on.

I take it, it is a combined machine. There is a clear fault with the heating element. Does your grill still work? You will need to get a part fitted from a microwave repairer or you may find it cheaper to simply replace the unit altogether.

Kenwood microwave SJSS25 not working

In all likelihood the mangnetron has failed, or perhaps even the Power Supply. or a fault that is shutting the system down for safety reasons You need to have it serviced by a reputable service centre/man. Ensure you get a firm "Quote" before proceeding, and remember these days the cost of repair can equal or exceed the price of a new one.
