The d-link dbt 122 can not be found on the american version of the d-link support page (only the dbt 120). It can be found on the danish version: dlink.dk, but the driver and software provided by d-link is very outdated.
You need a copy of the Broadcom "widcomm bluetooth stack". This is a standard driver for a lot of different bluetooth adapters.

The normal method of resetting an ERROR display after a wrong code is to leave the radio SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.

There are a couple sites I found that offer the codes for that player and the BD-P1000. I am not sure if I am allowed to post the links for those sites but the link to the site zimcloud posted is one of the places I saw it listed. You can google the model and region code and a list of sites come up.

I also had problems losing the use of my Apple Bluetooth keyboard in combination with the D-Link DBT-120 dongle.
I fixed it by going to System Preferences > Bluetooth > Advanced > and changed the default Bluetooth-PDA-Sync popup menu from "Modem" to the "RS-232" port.
This fixed the loss of my Apple Bluetooth keyboard during reboots and it also fixed all of the Bluetooth error messages I was getting in the Console > System Log... as well as all of the Bluetooth error messages I was getting during SUM (i.e. Single User Mode... Command-S during startup).
