have you spilt something onto the keyboard at all?

press fn key hold (blue key) then press the num lk key or ins key now ur laptops blue key turn off

replace the keyboard with a new one

You have hit the num lock key. Lookin at pictures I could find on the internet, the Num Lock key is next to the backspace key, and above the number 7 key.

may your keyboard in dust problem firstly u clean your keys

on your key pad there are also volume controls they will be the fn keys hold down the fn key and press the fn key with the little speaker on it

Unistall the drivers for the keyboard, reboot. If they still don't work replace it.
